GM Performance ZZ632/1000 Deluxe 19432060 – 1000HP Big-Block Crate Engine

The Chevrolet Performance ZZ632/1000 Deluxe is a naturally aspirated 632ci big-block crate engine designed for high-performance racing, drag, pro-touring and custom applications. It combines a tall-deck Sportsman Bowtie foundation with forged internals, high-flow heads and electronic fuel injection.

Major Components

The engine uses an aluminum high-rise single-plane intake, 4500-style throttle body, 86 lb/hr injectors, billet-steel hydraulic roller camshaft and aluminum spread-port RS-X cylinder heads. It uses 58X crank-triggered coil-near-plug ignition and includes a pre-programmed self-learning ECU.

Installation Requirements

• Throttle body requires installation by the installer.
• Starter and EFI-compatible high-pressure fuel pump required.
• Air cleaner compatible with the 4500-series/Dominator flange required.
• Custom exhaust is required for the cylinder-head exhaust-port design.
• Manual-transmission installations require an internally balanced flywheel.
• Not intended for marine applications.
